Using the AI and associated services provided by the Company to generate harmful or cruel content is strictly prohibited and violates our terms. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating demeaning, dehumanizing, or otherwise harmful representations of individuals, cultures, religions, or environments.
• Intentionally promoting or spreading discriminatory content or harmful stereotypes.
• Impersonating individuals without their consent.
• Generating sexual content without the consent of those involved or those who may view it.
• Distributing misinformation or disinformation.
• Representing extreme violence or gore.
• Sharing copyrighted or licensed material in violation of its terms of use, or altering such material in violation of its terms.

You agree not to use the AI or any services provided by the Company:

• In any manner that violates national, federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors.
• To create or spread verifiably false information with the intent to harm others.
• To generate or share personally identifiable information that could harm an individual.
• To defame, disparage, or harass others.
• For fully automated decision-making that negatively impacts an individual’s legal rights or creates a binding, enforceable obligation.
• To discriminate against or harm individuals or groups based on their social behavior or predicted personal characteristics.
• To exploit vulnerabilities of specific groups (e.g., based on age, social, physical, or mental traits) to distort their behavior, causing potential harm.
• To discriminate against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics.
• To provide medical advice or interpret medical results.
• To generate or spread content used for law enforcement, justice administration, immigration, or asylum processes, such as predicting criminal behavior or fraud, or engaging in arbitrary, indiscriminate profiling.

Through the Services, you may be invited to participate in activities such as discussions, contributions to blogs, message boards, or online forums, and other interactive features. These may give you the ability to create, upload, share, publish, or distribute various types of content—including text, images, videos, comments, suggestions, personal information, and other materials (collectively referred to as 'Contributions'). By submitting your Contributions, you give up any moral rights associated with them and confirm that no such rights have been asserted or reserved by you.

We do not claim ownership of your Contributions. You retain all rights to your Contributions, including any intellectual property or proprietary rights tied to them. We are not responsible for any content, statements, or representations made in your Contributions on the Services. You are fully accountable for your Contributions and agree to hold us harmless from any liability, waiving any legal claims against us related to your Contributions.

You can revoke the connection between your Third-Party Account and the Services through your account settings or by contacting us directly. We will take steps to delete any information we have obtained from these third-party services, except for your username and profile picture associated with your account.

Any interactions, transactions, or communication with third parties, as well as your use of or engagement with Third-Party Content, are solely between you and the third party.

We are under no obligation to monitor Third-Party Services or Third-Party Content, and we may block or disable access to any Third-Party Services or Third-Party Content (in whole or in part) through our Services at any time. Your access to and use of such Third-Party Content or Third-Party Services may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and policies imposed by the providers of those Third-Party Services (including their terms of service or privacy policies). Upon receiving a valid infringement notice : The Company will:

• Remove material and terminate service for repeat offenders.

Procedure for Counter-Notice : If the content provider, member, or user believes the material was wrongfully removed, they can send a counter-notice with:

• Signature of the content provider, member, or user.
• Details of the removed material and its previous location.
• A statement of good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake.
• Contact details and consent to jurisdiction for legal purposes.

If the counter-notice is received, the Company may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless the copyright owner takes legal action.

These Legal Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Both The Vocals and you agree that any legal disputes arising from these terms will be exclusively resolved in the courts of India.

In order to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Legal Terms (each referred to as a "Dispute" and collectively as "Disputes") efficiently and minimize costs, both you and we (individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties") agree to attempt to resolve any Dispute informally through negotiation for a period of at least forty-five (45) days before proceeding to arbitration. These informal negotiations will begin when one Party provides written notice to the other Party.

Any conflict arising from these Legal Terms, including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through arbitration. This arbitration will be held under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (ICAC), governed by the European Arbitration Chamber in Brussels, Belgium. The arbitration process will involve a single arbitrator, and the arbitration will take place in Gurgaon, India. English will be the language used for the proceedings, and the substantive laws of India will govern the resolution of the dispute.

The Parties agree that any arbitration will be limited solely to the individual Dispute between them. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) no arbitration will be consolidated or joined with any other legal proceedings; (b) there is no right to pursue any Dispute on a class-action basis or through class action procedures; and (c) there is no right to initiate any Dispute on behalf of the general public or any other individuals in a representative capacity.

The Parties agree that the following types of Disputes are exempt from the informal negotiations and binding arbitration requirements: (a) any Disputes aimed at enforcing or protecting, or addressing the validity of, a Party’s intellectual property rights; (b) any Disputes arising from or related to claims of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) any request for injunctive relief. If any part of this provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, neither Party will be required to arbitrate a Dispute affected by the unenforceable portion. In such cases, the Dispute will be resolved by a court with proper jurisdiction as specified earlier, and the Parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of that court.

We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or modify the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.
